6 Week Course in Collaboration with the Pet Wellness Hub
Service Description
Starting: September 2026. Date TBC. Suitable for puppies aged 10 - 16 weeks. Location: Pet Wellness Hub, Shop 3, Princess Street, Bundaberg East. Give your puppy the very best start in life with the Pet Wellness Hub Puppy Start Program. This is a unique 6 week puppy school designed to support your puppy's behaviour, nutrition, health and development from the very beginning. Places are limited to keep classes small and supportive. Working in partnership with the knowledgeable Debbie from the Pet Wellness Hub, we are using our expertise to deliver a training program combining positive reinforcement training with practical nutrition guidance and holistic puppy care to help you raise a happy, healthy, well-adjusted dog. Each weekly class includes: * Positive Reinforcement training techniques * Real-life, considered, puppy socialisation and confidence building * Nutrition and wellness support * Weekly weigh-ins and progress tracking * Hands-on guidance tailored to your puppy * Small class sizes for personalised attention A place for your puppy can be booked as soon as the dates are published
Cancellation Policy
Thank you for enrolling in the Pet Wellness & Working Wonders Puppy Start Program. To ensure the smooth running of the course and fairness to all participants, the following terms apply. Booking Your Place A puppy's place is confirmed only once full payment has been received. As places are strictly limited, bookings are allocated on a first paid, first served basis. Participant Cancellations More than 14 days before the course start date: A full refund will be provided, less a $25 administration fee. 7–14 days before the course start date: A 50% refund will be provided. Less than 7 days before the course start date: No refund will be available unless your place can be filled from a waiting list. After the Course Has Started No refunds are available for missed classes, partial attendance, or withdrawal from the course once the programme has commenced. Missed Sessions If you are unable to attend a session, course notes and any relevant handouts will be provided where possible. Missed sessions cannot be transferred, refunded, or made up at another time. Puppy Illness If your puppy develops an infectious illness, vomiting, diarrhoea, kennel cough, or any condition that may place other puppies at risk, please do not attend that week's class. Where possible, course materials will be provided so you can continue training at home until your puppy is cleared to return. Trainer Cancellation In the unlikely event that a session needs to be cancelled by Pet Wellness Hub or Working Wonders Dog Training due to illness, extreme weather, venue issues, or circumstances beyond our control, an alternative session date will be arranged whenever possible. If the entire course is cancelled by the organisers before commencement, a full refund will be provided. Behaviour & Welfare Only reward-based training methods may be used during the programme. Any puppy displaying signs of illness, excessive fear, or behaviour that compromises the safety or welfare of other participants may be asked to leave the session. Alternative support options will be discussed with the owner. Puppy Age Suitability The Puppy Start Program is designed for puppies up to 16 weeks of age at the commencement of the course. Puppies outside this age range may be offered alternative training options. Agreement By enrolling in the Puppy Start Program, participants acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.
